Citizen Investment Fund (CIF) Purbanchal University Pension Fund: Contribution-Based Agreement

Citizen Investment Fund (CIF) has signed a new agreement with Purbanchal University, located in Gothgaun, Morang, to establish and manage a contribution-based grant and pension fund.

The agreement was officially signed by Professor Dr. Bijukumar Thapliya, Vice-Chancellor of Purbanchal University, and Parbat Kumar Karki, Executive Director of Citizen Investment Fund.
Agreement Details

The total value of this agreement is NPR 85.5 million. This deal was signed by Executive Director Karki and Rajesh Kumar Shrestha, Managing Director of Sanigad Hydro Limited.
Furthermore, CIF has entered into a similar agreement with Kalanga Hydro Limited. The deal guarantees shares worth NPR 49 million, with 4.9 million shares priced at NPR 100 each. This agreement was signed by Karki and Khageshwar Bohora, Chairman of Kalanga Hydro Limited.
