Kathmandu Resident Purchases Citizen Life Insurance Policy on Marriage Anniversary
In recent times, the practice of giving insurance policies as gifts has increased during birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. This growing trend reflects a shift from extravagant spending in hotels and restaurants during festivals towards fostering a culture of saving within society.
Citizen Life Insurance Policy Purchased
Ram Krishna Mizar, a resident of Budhanilkanth Municipality 7 in Kathmandu district, exemplified this trend by purchasing an insurance policy worth 50 lakh rupees from Citizen Life Insurance on the occasion of his marriage anniversary. He acquired the insurance through Savita Bisunkhe, an agent associated with the Tokha branch office of the company.
Raj Kumar Neupane, the branch manager of Citizen Life Insurance’s Tokha branch, officially handed over the policy to the insured, Ram Krishna Mizar. During the handover ceremony, Branch Manager Neupane emphasized the importance of insurance in protecting against various life risks. He noted that through the transfer of risk provided by the insurance policy, the insured Mizar has secured a better future.
This act of purchasing an insurance policy as a marriage anniversary gift underscores the evolving financial habits of individuals, promoting a more secure and savings-oriented society.
