Citizens Bank International Limited has appointed Narayan Raj Adhikari as its new Information Officer. Adhikari, who has been associated with Citizens Bank since its inception in 2007 (B.S. 2064), is a seasoned banking professional with a career spanning over 20 years.

In addition to his role as the Information Officer, Adhikari also serves as the Spokesperson and Chief Administrative Officer of the bank. He has consistently contributed to various key areas within the bank, including branch operations and risk management. His extensive experience in the banking sector is complemented by his Master’s degree in Financial Management from Tribhuvan University.
Adhikari has successfully led multiple departments, including the General Services Department, the Human Resources Department, and the Corporate Communications Department, further enhancing the bank’s operational efficiency and customer service capabilities.
Citizens Bank International Limited operates across 60 districts in Nepal, providing modern banking services to nearly 1.8 million customers through its extensive network of 197 branches, 162 ATMs, 3 extension counters, and 74 branchless banking units.
This appointment marks a significant step for the bank, reinforcing its commitment to providing transparent and efficient communication to its stakeholders.
