- Net Profit: Net profit expanded by 63.05 percent reaching NPR 2.09 Billion (2 Arba 9 Crore 86 Lakh).
Digital Initiatives and Institutional Achievements
- Global Recognition: Winner of Bank of the Year Nepal awards for 2024 and 2025.
- Digital Products Launched: Citizens Fonepay Credit Card (Nepal first virtual credit card in partnership with Fonepay), Citizens Gen-G Savings Account targeting youth, Citizens Digi Bank Service integrated online platform, and Freelancer Savings Account.
