Citizens Bank International Limited organized a provincial seminar titled Accelerating Commercial Momentum Business Expansion and Asset Quality Enhancement in Koshi Province to align operational strategy, evaluate past performance, and expand business across its regional network.

Executive Participation: The seminar was conducted in the presence of Chief Executive Officer Ganesh Raj Pokharel, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, and other senior management officials.
Agenda and Strategy Review: Participants reviewed performance for the previous fiscal year, finalized budget priorities, established current fiscal year action plans, and discussed strengthening central and provincial coordination.
Network Reach: Citizens Bank currently operates 28 branch offices spanning 10 districts within Koshi Province.
Sequential Rollout: This initiative follows a similar leadership program held in Bagmati Province on Shrawan 22 2083 for 56 branch managers across 11 districts, with plans to replicate the program across remaining provinces.

Financial Highlights for Fiscal Year 2082 83
Loan Disbursement Growth: The bank expanded its overall loan portfolio by 1.24 percent, reaching 177.33 billion rupees.
Deposit Base Growth: Total customer deposit collection grew by 9.22 percent to reach 233.81 billion rupees.
Net Profit Surge: Net profit increased by 63.05 percent year on year, rising to 2.0986 billion rupees.
Product Innovations and Service Infrastructure
Digital and Retail Offerings: The bank introduced products including the Citizens Fonepay Credit Card, Citizens Gen Z Savings Account, Citizens Digi Bank Service platform, Freelancer Savings Account, mobile application share apply and CRN service, and a cross bank teller QR cash withdrawal feature.
Nationwide Service Network: Citizens Bank International Limited serves 2.062 million customers across 61 districts through 200 branches, 169 ATMs, three extension counters, and 42 branchless banking units.
