Citizens Bank International Limited has launched the Citizens Bank’s Home Loan Scheme to offer a more affordable option for homebuyers. The scheme provides a 7.99% fixed interest rate for the first seven years, helping individuals achieve their dream of homeownership.

Fixed Interest Rate for Seven Years
Customers can lock in a fixed interest rate for the first seven years. After that, the interest rate will adjust according to the bank’s monthly base rate with an added premium of 15%.
Easy Access to Home Loans
Customers can apply for a home loan at any Citizens Bank branch across the country. Loans are available up to NPR 20 million, making it easier to purchase or build a home. Additionally, customers will receive free Visa Credit Cards and Citizens PhonePe Credit Cards. A 50% discount on locker facilities is also offered for the first year.
Recent Bank Achievements
Citizens Bank recently won the prestigious “Bank of the Year 2024” award. The bank also launched the “Citizens PhonePe Credit Card” in collaboration with PhonePe, making it Nepal’s first such initiative. This launch aims to simplify and improve customers’ digital payment experience.
