Initially, Concept of Cyber Security Awareness in Nepal has been revealed by Dr. Ramhari Subedi, who lives in Washington DC; also, he is the first appointed Cyber Security Advisor of Central Investigation Department of Nepal Police.
Now Dr. Subedi, the CEO of Cyber Security International Nepal is launching cybersecurity awareness campaign nation-wide. Firstly through Kathmandu, Jhapa, and Chitwan. 45th Cyber Security International (CSI) Training in Nirmal Secondary School at Damauli.
CSI team including Senior Trainer Mr. Kumar Pudasaini conducted Cyber Security Training in Nirmal Secondary School at Damauli. The program was coordinated by Pooja Gurung. Today’s program has been undertaken with the initiation under the complete coordination of CSI Coordinator at Gandaki Zone Mr. Giriraj Prasad Subedi.
There was the presence of 39 participants including students of the school and some guardians as well. The program has been conducted under the good presence and chairmanship of Mr. Ganesh Chandra Basnet, Principal of Nirmal Secondary School at Damauli.
The program continues for four and a half hours, i.e., from 11:30 to 4:00. Right after addressing the welcoming the participants, resource person and the senior trainer Mr. Kumar Pudasaini presented all the slides of first level training with the brief introduction of each.
Then, Senior Trainer, Mr. Pudasaini started delivering practical training regarding Parental control, security in Gmail, protection in Facebook, safety in both iOS and Android phones and even how to find the phone.
