NTA to Establish Cyber Security Simulation Lab for Telecom Industry

Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA)  is about to establish Cyber Security Lab

Cyber Security is a field of information technology. It involved the safety and security concerns of computer systems and the prevention of unauthorized usage, modifications, or access to electronic data. It deals with the security of software, hardware, networks, and data.

Nepal Telecommunication Authority is planning to establish Cyber Security Lab.

The Nepal Telecommunication Authority has requested a letter in order to establish a cybersecurity lab for the telecom industry.

In Nepal, a lab is being developed to ensure the protection of telecom service providers from malicious actors. The lab will serve as a response team for various incidents in the computer systems of the telecom sector.

Candidates who are interested in this role will be required to set up cybersecurity labs for telecom service providers. Interested and qualified consultants can obtain more information from the NTA’s central office in Kamaladi.

The last date of submission for the letter of intent is until noon on Chaitra 19. In order to get information visit NTA.

The candidates should able to work with other organizations in order to have their chances of getting the letter of intent.

According to the NTA, the selection of candidates will be based on 40% qualification, 50% experience, and the remaining 10% ability.
