npCert – a community of cybersecurity professionals in Nepal and CSRI Nepal (Cyber Security Research group in Nepal in association with Lord Buddha Education Foundation, One Cover Private Limited, ICT Frame Magazine, DIT Solution, Sarvanam Software, Biz Sagar, National ICT Council is all set to host the First edition of Data Privacy Day 2020. Nepal’s First-ever Data Privacy seminar and interaction on January 28. The venue for the event will be LBEF premises located Opp. Maitidevi Temple Kathmandu, Nepal.
Data Privacy Day 2020, January 28 is celebrated as Data Privacy Day across the globe. The objective of the day is to sensitize individuals and disseminate privacy practices and principles.
Data Privacy Day highlights easy ways to protect personal information and reminds organizations that privacy is good for business. This year, we are encouraging everyone to “Own Your Privacy” by learning more about how to help protect the valuable data that is online. Data Privacy Day is the signature event in greater privacy awareness and education effort.
