Increased in Demand for New Generation of Hyundai i20 in Nepal

The demand for the new Hyundai i20 generation is growing and the process to bring this model to Nepal has begun.

The new Hyundai i20 generation appears to have established itself as a great hatchback car in the premium segment. In the first two months of its sale in India, the new generation I20, which has booked about 35,000 units, now on its way to Nepal.

Laxmi Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd, Hyundai’s official distributor is planning to introduce the latest generation of i20 to Nepal. The company has announced that it is planning to begin selling it by the end of February.

Adding many features of Hyundai’s popular SUV Creta and Verna sedan, the new i20 is more sporty and larger than it was before. It is likely to be carried by the company in Nepal with a 1.2-liter petrol engine. However, In India, it is being sold in 1.5-liter diesel and 1.0-liter turbo petrol engines.

Hyundai has fitted the i20 with an LED headlamp and a 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheel. It has the same glass-looking silk as the BMW. The back looks really sporty too. The back is sewn with a lot of chrome finishes.

Bose speakers, 10.25-inch infotainment system, black finishing inside, new AC vent, steering wheel used in Creta, wireless charger, glove box, excellent seat, fully digital instrument console, Hyundai Blue Link connected car features are also available.

In order to meet the highest European standards, the New Hyundai i20 now also features the latest Hyundai SmartSense active protection and driver assistance systems. These include Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) Town and Interurban, Driver Attention Alert (DAA), and High Beam Assist (HBA).

Hyundai’s offer in the cabin department has always been the ace up his sleeve. Second, the i20 has increased by 10mm relative to the Elite i20 in total length (now standing at 3995mm) and the wheelbase is now 2580mm. However, the highest growth can be seen in the legroom and shoulder room, up to 938mm and 1390mm, with a rise of 88mm and 400mm respectively. What do these numbers mean by that? The Elite i20 was a very spacious car, and in terms of interior space, it’s just up the ante.

The entire cabin was trimmed out of black with inserts of various colors in the doors, AC vents, and steering to add some shade to the overall design. These horizontal lines, which link the AC vents, make them look like one big unit, are also part of the overall dashboard design. The consistency of the plastics used is hard-wearing on all surfaces, but not as grainy as one might usually expect.
