Divine Healthcare Limited to Issue IPO, Appoints Muktinath Capital as Issue Manager

Divine Healthcare Limited has initiated the process to issue initial public offering (IPO) ordinary shares to the general public, appointing Muktinath Capital Limited as its issue and sales manager.

Agreement Signing: The issue management agreement was signed by Yubaraj Shrestha, Chairman of Divine Healthcare Limited, and Kabindra Bikram Dhoj Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Muktinath Capital Limited, at the Muktinath Capital office.
Executive Attendance: The signing ceremony was attended by Divine Healthcare Managing Director Susanta Murarka along with Directors Manoj KC and Vinay Todi.
Share Allocation: The company plans to issue 20 percent of its total issued capital (comprising 2,070,000 ordinary share units) to the general public.

Profile and Location: Established on Kartik 14, 2074 B.S. (2017), Divine Healthcare operates a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility spanning approximately one bigha in Vijay Nagar, Bharatpur Metropolitan City-16, Chitwan.
Regulatory Approvals: The company holds all mandatory manufacturing and marketing authorizations from the Department of Drug Administration and the Ministry of Health and Population.
Product Portfolio: Divine Healthcare currently manufactures and distributes 67 types of human medicines in the domestic market, including popular pharmaceutical product lines such as Acidex, Nexofast 5, and the Pregex Range.
Manufacturing Expansion: The company is preparing to start producing Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI) medications for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and kidney patients starting this coming Magh (January).
