According to a public notice published on Shrawan 14, the department opened 1,500 application slots each day, running from Thursday through Shrawan 22.

- On-Site Requirement: Applicants are requested to visit the department strictly on their assigned date and time slot.
- Queue Management: Adhering to the specified schedule helps eliminate unnecessary crowding and maintains orderly service queues.
Strategic Goal To Streamline Processing
The department outlined the core objectives driving the daily slot system:
- Crowd Reduction: Prevents overcrowding at physical premises during peak application hours.
- Service Flow: Improves daily processing efficiency for document verification and live enrollment.
