Dubai-Based Entrepreneur Bishnu Pudasaini Donates NPR 5.1 Million to PM Relief Fund

Dubai-based entrepreneur Bishnu Prasad Pudasaini has donated over NPR 5.1 million to Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund for flood victims.

In a major philanthropic gesture, Dubai-based Nepali entrepreneur Bishnu Prasad Pudasaini has contributed NPR 5,151,111 to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to assist flood victims and support rehabilitation efforts across Nepal.
Pudasaini, who operates Hydro Jet Dubai, traveled to Nepal to personally hand over the donation check to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle. The check presentation took place in the presence of his father, Gopi Prasad Pudasaini.
Commitment to the Motherland
Expressing his deep connection to his homeland, Pudasaini shared that he could not remain indifferent while Nepal was facing severe distress.

“Even though I live abroad, my heart remains in Nepal. When the nation is suffering, I could not sit quietly in Dubai,” Pudasaini stated. “Being able to support my country during this crisis is a small effort to fulfill my responsibility toward my motherland.”
Appeal to the Global Nepali Community
Highlighting the vital role of the Non-Resident Nepali (NRN) community during national emergencies, Pudasaini urged Nepalis living worldwide to extend support within their capacity.
“Whenever our country faces adversity, we must stand united regardless of where we are located,” he added. “I encourage all Nepalis living abroad to contribute whatever they can from their respective positions.”
The donation will directly support ongoing emergency relief, food distribution, and long-term reconstruction in the flood-affected districts of Nepal.
