Esewa Signs An Agreement With Bahrain Finance

In an attempt to expand its services, Esewa signs an agreement with Bahrain Finance to start remittance service. Consequently, Nepalese living in Bahrain will be able to send money through 55 branches of BFC.

People can now send money through the BFC Bahrain app to any bank account or esewa mobile wallet. According to the agreement, the customers will get a cashback of Rs.55 if the customers send the money to esewa mobile wallet.

On the occasion, Ajesh Koirala, the managing director of the company said that the field of remittance business is expanding with the new agreement.

Esewa is one of the most popular digital payment gateways in Nepal. FinTech giant F1soft International has developed this app.

With this agreement, Esewa yet again expands its services and continues to grow. Meanwhile, it will be interesting to see what its competitors like Khalti will bring to the table.
