Reliance Finance has signed an agreement with F1Soft International for the execution of mobile banking applications. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Anil Shrestha, CEO, Keshab Prasad Khanal, and Senior Manager from Reliance Finance. Subash Sharma, the CEO, represented F1Soft International.

F1Soft International’s core focus is on developing transaction banking products and FinTech (Financial Technology) since 2004. The company is a pioneer in mobile banking and mobile financial services in Nepal and leads the market with almost 95 percent of Nepal’s banking and financial institutions.
F1Soft serves over 11 million customers through 51 partner banks. The company enables 85% of all mobile payments across Nepal.
Reliance Finance Limited is a ‘C’ Class Financial institution, incorporated on 3 December 2009, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, to undertake financial services in the country. It started its operations as of 84th Finance Company of Nepal under the Bank and Financial Institution (BAFIA) Act 2063.
Mobile banking can be relevant and beneficial, especially during the Coronavirus pandemic and the rise in digital transactions.
