Everest Hospital Pvt Ltd has announced financial assistance and a comprehensive healthcare support package for citizens affected by the devastating floods in Rasuwa district, assisting in rescue, relief, and long-term rehabilitation efforts.

Financial Contribution and Official Handover
Total Contribution: The hospital provided a cheque for NPR 634,587 for deposit into the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Rescue Fund.
Official Delegation: Hospital representatives Parbati Poudyal “Paru”, Mathura Acharya, and Yadav Prasad Dhungana handed over the contribution to Finance Secretary Dr. Ghanshyam Upadhyay during a visit to the Ministry of Finance.
Designated Use: The financial aid is allocated to support emergency shelter, food supplies, and clean drinking water for families displaced by floods and landslides.
Healthcare Initiatives and Emergency Relief Services
Free Hospitalization and Treatment: Residents of flood-impacted districts verified by local authorities as disaster-affected will receive free in-hospital healthcare services for a period of two months.
24/7 Free Emergency Services: Emergency medical care will be provided completely free of charge around the clock for individuals injured or affected by the natural disaster.

Mobile Medical Teams and Health Camps: The institution will deploy mobile medical units carrying specialist doctors and essential medicines to remote areas in coordination with government bodies to conduct free healthcare camps.
Psychosocial and Physical Rehabilitation: Free psychosocial counseling and specialized physical therapy services will be made available to help victims process trauma and recover from physical injuries.
Direct Material Relief Distribution: In partnership with local administrative bodies, the hospital will distribute relief packages, including essential food items, drinking water, and protective tarpaulins.
