The Facebook case may force European firms to change data storage practices.

Facebook stamped in Europe over US spying Facebook has started their heat in Europe. Facebook is the social media which the other big U.S tech companies forced to rethink the way; they deal with the user.

The European union’s court issued a strong opinion suggesting Facebook and others which can’t directly and over the data to U.S. authorities.

In an agreement reached in 2000 between Europe and us allowed tech firms which approved the transfer of user data in considerable quantities to the server.

European court of justice believes that it has the big deal for no longer valid for the light of allegation of mass spying .it said that the individual countries to have the right to ban us companies for transferring data in future.

The court said that the easy access to data by the US authorities constitutes their interface with the right to respect private life to have the right to protect the personal data. The intelligence services carry out indiscriminate surveillance.
