Today, January 5, 2025 (Poush 21, 2081), is the final day to secure dividends from the Citizen Investment Trust (CIT). As the company plans to close its book on January 6, 2025 (Poush 22, 2081) for its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution, only shareholders who are listed by the end of today will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive dividends.

Dividend Details
Citizen Investment Trust has proposed to distribute a total dividend of 13% of the current paid-up capital, which includes:
7% Bonus Shares
6% Cash Dividend (for tax purposes)

To approve the proposed dividends and other agendas, the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Trust will be held on:
