Foodmandu – Online Food Delivery Services, has temporarily stopped its services.
The company announced today that all of its social media services have been stopped until the next notice. Since the recent Covid 19 outbreak, the company has been distributing only necessary groceries. However, the service is no longer accessible.
“We are awaiting specific instructions and guidelines on the online distribution service from the authorities,” the company said in a statement.
The company’s distribution service has been disrupted since yesterday, according to Shyam Mali, Brand, Sales, and Marketing Manager.
“We’ve been suspended since yesterday, and all riders are being kept hostage until the situation is fixed,” he said.
The e-commerce association has already filed an appeal, claiming that the distribution service has been disrupted. To make it simpler, a delivery service that is both secure and urgent is requested at this time.
We will resume our services when we receive such directives and are allowed to operate our vehicles smoothly on the road, the company says.
