Global IME Bank Limited has announced an invitation for proposals from eligible national and international firms for the supply and implementation of “Budget Management Software.

The bank is seeking sealed bids from registered companies with expertise in this domain.

Key Dates and Submission Details:

Interested bidders must submit a formal request to obtain the complete set of bid and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. These documents, which include detailed scopes of work and terms & conditions, can be obtained from the General Service Department at Global IME Bank’s Kamaladi office, located behind the Nepal Academy Building. International bidders may request the RFP documents via email by sending an official request to sanjeev.lamsal@gibl.com.np.

Sealed proposals are required to be submitted by hand or courier to the General Service Department at Global IME Bank’s Kamaladi office. The deadline for submission is 5:30 PM on August 29, 2024 (13th Bhadra, 2081). Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.

The bank has scheduled the opening of the sealed proposals for 11:00 AM on August 30, 2024 (14th Bhadra, 2081) at its corporate office in Kamaladi. In the event that the submission date falls on a government holiday, the submission and opening process will be moved to the next working day.

Eligibility Criteria for Bidders:

To qualify, bidders must meet the following criteria:

  • The bidder must have been in existence for at least two years.
  • The bidder must submit a valid Company Registration Certificate from their respective country.
  • The bidder must demonstrate sufficient capacity in terms of personnel and technical expertise to execute the project.
  • The bidder should have prior experience in designing, developing, and implementing a similar solution in either the Nepalese market or the international market, with a specialization in the banking and financial institution sector.
  • The bidder must be financially sound and submit their latest audited financial statements.
