Global IME Bank Invites Bids for Relocated Branch Assets in Gulmi
15th July 2026, Kathmandu
Global IME Bank Limited has officially published a public notice inviting sealed purchase proposals for the interior fittings and various fixed assets of one of its recently closed branch offices.
Global IME Bank Bid Invitation
This public sale follows the planned consolidation and physical relocation of the bank’s branch operations to another central site.
The properties and interior items available for liquidation belong to the bank’s former office located in Gulmi:
- Former Branch Name: Tamghas Hospital Line Branch
- Specific Location: Hospital Line, Tamghas-1, Gulmi
This specific branch underwent a merger and integration process into another nearby branch as part of the financial institution’s nationwide branch restructuring program. As a result of this physical consolidation, the interior layouts, furniture, fixtures, and other non-movable office assets at the Hospital Line facility are no longer required for active operations.
Categories of Eligible Bidders and Intended Utility
The commercial bank has opened the bid participation window to a wide variety of domestic buyers. The asset portfolio is expected to attract entities seeking to set up a new branch office, upgrade existing physical infrastructure, or procure cost-effective office supplies.
The public notice specifically welcomes purchase applications from:
- Interested individuals and private buyers
- Local business firms and retail enterprises
- Government offices and private corporations
- Commercial banks and regional financial institutions
- National insurance companies
- Savings and credit cooperatives
- Other registered community and social institutions
The bank highlights that these pre-installed interior setups and commercial-grade furniture items present a valuable opportunity for organizations looking to quickly furnish or establish physical offices without ordering brand-new materials from scratch.
Bid Submission Deadlines and Evaluation Framework
Qualified parties interested in buying these office assets must formulate and submit their comprehensive purchase proposals within seven days of the publication date of the notice. The written proposals must clearly state the specific lump-sum or itemized prices offered for the desired assets.
All signed applications and bidding forms must be delivered directly to the designated corporate department of the bank:
- Receiving Department: General Services Department
- Corporate Location: Global IME Bank Corporate Office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu
After the official seven-day submission period concludes, the bank will initiate a structured review of all submitted proposals. Global IME Bank has stated that the final sale of the assets will be conducted strictly in accordance with its internal valuation policies and procedural guidelines. The bank will prioritize competitive and conforming offers that meet its internal reserve parameters.
