Required Documentation Checklist

Identification & Personal Identification (KYC)
Citizenship certificate copies and passport-size photographs of the applicant, proprietor, partners, shareholders, and guarantors.
Net worth statements, family details, and multiple banking declarations.
Business registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, and firm/company formation documents (Partnership Deed, MOA, AOA, or Board Resolution where applicable).
Financials & Business Documents
- Declaration of Sales or Taxable Profit (audited/provisional financials as per bank policy).
- Tax clearance certificate or submitted tax returns (mandatory for exposures exceeding Rs. 5 Million).
- Last 6 to 12 months’ bank account statements.
- Stock, Receivables, and Payables report.
Collateral & Property Documents
- Land Ownership Certificate (Lal Purja) and latest revenue/tax receipts (Malpot Receipt).
- Blueprint / Cadastral map and Boundary Disclosure (Char Killa) from the Ward Office.
- Rajinama (Transfer Deed) and co-heir (Anshiyar) disclosure letter from the local Ward Office.
