The company’s 193rd board meeting took place on Poush 2 (December 17, 2024), where the board members thoroughly discussed the financial performance and overall outlook for the fiscal year 2023/24.
After careful consideration, the board unanimously decided that no dividends would be distributed to shareholders for this year.
Financial Statements to Be Submitted
The board also approved the financial statements for the fiscal year 2023/24 after a thorough review. These documents will now be prepared and submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for the necessary regulatory review and final approval as required by standard procedures.
