Gurans Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has officially declared its dividend for the Fiscal Year 2082/83.

The decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on the morning of Ashoj 2.
Dividend Breakdown and Financial Details
The Board of Directors proposed distributing a total dividend of 10 percent from the accumulated profits based on the current paid-up capital of NPR 132,358,053.75.
- Total Proposed Dividend: 10 percent of the current paid-up capital.
- Bonus Shares Allocation: 9.5 percent bonus shares, amounting to NPR 12,574,015.11.
- Cash Dividend Allocation: 0.5 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes), amounting to NPR 661,790.27.
Approval and Distribution Process
The proposed dividend payout is subject to necessary regulatory and general meeting approvals before final distribution to eligible shareholders.
- Regulatory Approval: The dividend proposal requires formal approval from the central bank, Nepal Rastra Bank.
- Annual General Meeting (AGM): The proposed returns will be distributed to shareholders after final endorsement at the company’s upcoming AGM.
