The meeting endorsed a proposal to distribute a total dividend of 15.78 percent to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year.

The AGM formally approved several major financial and corporate resolutions to support the company’s expansion plans.
- Dividend Endorsement: The total 15.78 percent dividend consists of 13 percent in bonus shares and 2.78 percent in cash (including applicable tax).
- IPO Issuance Approval: Shareholders endorsed a resolution to issue 30 percent of the company’s issued capital as an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public.
- Financial and Corporate Reports: The meeting adopted the annual reports presented by the Board of Directors and the statutory auditor, approved changes to the company’s capital structure, and authorized amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Auditor Appointment: The AGM appointed the statutory auditor for the current fiscal year and fixed their remuneration.

Executive Chairman Pralhad Pyakurel highlighted the company’s financial growth and operational history during the event.
- Capital and Shareholder Base Expansion: Established 12 years ago with 5 shareholders and a paid-up capital of 2.5 million rupees, the company has grown to include 91 shareholders with a total balance sheet value reaching 1.5 billion rupees.
