Hyundai, through its official distributor Laxmi Intercontinental, has introduced an upgraded version of the popular Ioniq 5 electric vehicle (EV) in Nepal.
Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV Now Available
The new 100 kW motor variant, priced at NPR 9.296 million, offers a similar range of up to 375 kilometers to the previous 125 kW model.
The Ioniq 5, a globally acclaimed EV and 2022 World Car of the Year, is renowned for its sleek design and premium features. The new 100 kW variant, with its 800-volt electrical architecture, is the fastest-charging EV in Nepal. It can charge from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes using a 350 kW DC fast charger.
This upgrade positions the Ioniq 5 as a strong contender in the Nepali EV market, offering a compelling combination of performance, range, and charging speed.
Customers can now book the new Ioniq 5 at Hyundai showrooms, with deliveries expected within the next month.
