ICFC Finance Limited Issues Notice To Claim Unclaimed Cash Dividends

ICFC Finance Limited has published an urgent notice requesting eligible shareholders to collect cash dividends that have remained unclaimed for more than five years.

The financial institution stated that cash dividends approved during its 15th and 16th Annual General Meetings for fiscal years 2074 75 and 2075 76 remain uncollected by several investors.
Procedure To Claim Dividends
Shareholders eligible for these payments are requested to contact the official share registrar, Global IME Capital Limited, located in Naxal, Kathmandu, to receive their pending funds.
Transfer To Investor Protection Fund
ICFC Finance informed shareholders that if the outstanding dividends are not claimed within one month from the notice publication date, the unclaimed amount will be deposited into the Investor Protection Fund, in line with Section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063. The full list of shareholders with pending dividends is available on the websites of ICFC Finance Limited and Global IME Capital Limited.
Bank Detail Updates And Demat Requirement
Shareholders whose cash dividends for fiscal years 2074 75 through 2081 82 could not be processed via electronic transfer are urged to update their bank account information through their Depository Participant. Investors still holding physical share certificates have also been advised to complete the dematerialization process for their shares.
Reprocessing Fees For Incomplete Account Data
The company noted that if dividend payments fail due to inaccurate bank details and require reissuance through the IPS network, a reprocessing fee of 25 Nepalese rupees per shareholder will be charged to handle the transaction.
