If You Have Any Problems During The COVID-19 Pandemic, Complain To These Phone Numbers

The second wave of COVID-19 is devasting and has created the most dangerous scenario. The cases are increasing rapidly day by day. The hospitals are publishing the notice of oxygen shortage. There is even a shortage of beds and medicines in the hospital. Several provinces and districts have announced the lockdown and closure for the prevention of the diseases.

Considering the present situation, the Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) has set up a mechanism to address public grievances over transition and closure.

Deputy Prime Minister Ishwor Pokharel, Director of CCMC, said that a mechanism has been formed to immediately implement the complaints, grievances, and suggestions of the people.

Immediate assistance will be provided in the provision of health workers and immediate treatment, ambulance, oxygen, and corpse management. Pokhrel said that the Covid 19 Problem Management Center (CCMC) has set up a mechanism to immediately implement the complaints received.

According to him, a mechanism has been set up to solve the problem within 24 hours by calling the toll-free number 1140. Similarly, CCMC has requested to contact 105 for body management and 102 for an ambulance.

Similarly, those going abroad and those coming from abroad are requested to fill the form on the CCMC website. Thus, a mechanism has been formed to facilitate the transition and captivity. The government has announced a curfew in the Kathmandu Valley from 29th April till 5th May due to the high rate of coronavirus infection.
