Institute for Integrated Development Studies (IIDS), in collaboration with the Nepal Association for Software and I.T. Services Companies (NAS-IT), has initiated a Mentorship Network aimed at bridging qualified mentors with promising digital businesses and startups in Nepal.

IIDS and NAS-IT Partner Mentorship Network

Through a carefully curated mentorship program, the initiative seeks to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within Nepal’s digital and IT sector. The Mentorship Network program intends to recruit 10 dedicated professionals as mentors, connecting them with startups and digital business professionals.

Interested individuals are required to submit their CV, Company Profile, and a Statement of Purpose (300 words) outlining three strategic challenges facing their company and the areas requiring mentorship.

IIDS, in collaboration with The World Bank, is driving Nepal’s transition towards green, resilient, and inclusive development by supporting the implementation of the Digital Nepal Framework. Recognizing the pivotal role of digital evolution in this journey, the initiative underscores the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in propelling the IT sector forward. Leveraging the Network of Global Nepalis (NGN), comprising diaspora members and Nepalis with global IT experience, the program aims to mobilize investments and mentorship for Nepal’s digital businesses and startups. Through a Mentorship Network, IIDS seeks to connect eligible Nepali digital businesses with qualified mentors from the local digital and IT sector, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
