Ishan Children and Women’s Hospital, Nepal’s first privately operated pediatric medical institution, has completed 31 years of healthcare operations and entered its 32nd year of service.

Event Allocation Redirection: The hospital canceled all formal 32nd-anniversary celebration programs and redirected the budgeted 500,000 rupees directly to the Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund.
Director Statement: Executive Director Prof. Dr. Ramanandan Prasad Chaudhary stated that formal celebrations were set aside to support national relief efforts as the country mourns victims of the Bhotekoshi floods.
Employee Mobilization: Hospital leadership encouraged doctors, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to make voluntary personal donations to the Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund.

Free Healthcare Provision: The institution announced free specialized medical treatment for women and children belonging to families directly impacted by the flood disaster.
Operational Location: Operating out of Dhapasi, Kathmandu, the hospital continues to provide advanced pediatric and maternal healthcare services utilizing modern clinical infrastructure.
Institutional Observance: On the anniversary date, hospital staff held a minimal devotional prayer on the facility premises wishing for national safety and recovery from natural calamities.
