Internet service provider Classic Tech informed that its regional office and branch office in Itahari has been destroyed due to a sudden fire on October 24th.
However, the company has resumed its services in Itahari and other areas from an alternative data center.
The fire hit the office at around 1:20 am, Classic Tech’s said on its official page. The company apologizes for the inconvenience caused to customers saying that it is currently resuming all services from an alternate data center.
In addition, more necessary information will be notified on the user’s mobile number.
Digital Marketing Manager Rojit Bhattarai said that the company is currently informing all the customers about it and is solving the problem. The company is now testing and repairing all the equipment.
The amount of damage caused by the fire is still unknown and it is currently under investigation.
Classic Tech said it has around 50,000 customers in the region.
