Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited has merged its flood-damaged Trishuli Branch in Nuwakot with its Trishuli Colony Extended Counter.

The decision comes after the original branch facility sustained extensive structural damage due to severe flooding in the region.
Branch Damage and Relocation Details
Following the flood event, the bank determined that immediate restoration at the original site was not feasible, prompting a permanent consolidation of branch operations.
- Flood Impact: The original Trishuli Branch, located in Bidur Municipality-1, was completely damaged by a flood on Ashadh 10, 2083.
- Effective Date of Shift: Banking operations and customer services were officially transitioned to the new merged facility effective Ashoj 4, 2083.
- New Operational Location: The consolidated operations are now being conducted from the Trishuli Colony Extended Counter, located in Bidur Municipality-9, Nuwakot.
Customer Services and Notice to Stakeholders
The bank has issued operational guidelines for existing customers affected by the branch relocation to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Continuation of Banking Services: Customers previously associated with the Trishuli Branch are requested to visit the newly designated Trishuli Colony location for all future financial transactions and banking services.
- Institutional Apology: Jyoti Bikash Bank expressed regret to its clients, service recipients, and stakeholders for any inconvenience caused by the sudden relocation.
