The Kathmandu District Administration Office has issued a strict warning against LPG sellers and distributors creating artificial shortages or selling cooking gas above government-fixed prices.

In a formal public notice, local authorities instructed all gas retailers to immediately sell cylinders to consumers upon receiving stock from manufacturing plants and authorized dealers.

Enforcement Against Black Marketing and Hoarding

To safeguard consumer interests, administrative authorities have initiated market inspection operations to oversee supply chains, cylinder stock, and retail pricing.
