Kathfest is the two-day annual festival organized by Kathford International College of Engineering and Management. It is an inter-college event for engineering, IT and management colleges, where students get an opportunity to showcase their projects and talents. This annual event will be conducted for two days and will consist of different competitions. We intend to make this event as a flight for the students towards the projects they are aiming for. The theme for Kathfest 2019 is “Solving the problems of Nepal.” With the aim of solving the ongoing problems in Nepal through technology and engineering, Kathfest 2019 is being planned.

Kathfest is at the door now. It’s two days special event is starting from 13th Jan 2019 at Kathord College, Balkumari, Lalitpur. Kathfest 2019 is themed at “Solving Problems of Nepal.” It is an inter-college event for Engineering, IT and management colleges, where students get an opportunity to showcase their projects and talents. The festival aims to promote IT, discover talents and give a platform for deserving people with internships and job opportunities.

Software showcase is the best project showcasing event of KATHFEST. Participant Students need to do their plans to solve the burning issues of Nepal. Software project exhibition provides an active learning approach for students of all abilities. Demonstration motivates students & drives innovation, a unique requirement for an engineer or product designer. So, the software exhibition is an attempt or research to apply brilliant ideas of Nepalese IT student in innovation software development.
