Khalti Launches ‘Khalti Suraksha’ with Rs.2.3 Lakh Insurance Coverage and Additional Health Care Benefits

Khalti introduced Khalti Suraksha, a health care package with Rs.2.3 Lakh insurance coverage and additional health care benefits of more than Rs.1.5 Lakh with a yearly subscription of Rs.350.

Khalti collaborated with Himalayan Everest Insurance providing insurance claims with coverage up to Rs. 2,30,000. Anyone with a Khalti Suraksha subscription can claim their medical insurance under mentioned circumstances of the policy, such as death and disabilities, and accidental and funeral expenses, Moreover, Khalti has also included health care benefits on eye, hair, skin, and other such services under this subscription. To claim these benefits Khalti users will get Discounts and Cashback promo codes that can be used while paying their bills.

Regarding this service Khalti’s CEO, Mr. Binay Khadka shared,

“During our period of 6 years, more than 3.1 million users having different income sources have benefited from our service. Prioritizing the health and safety of our users, Khalti is providing the health and care benefit at just Rs.350, and users can now worry less about covering their medical expenses.”

 Additionally, this collaboration, the CEO of Himalayan Everest Insurance  Mr. Vijaya Bahadur Shah shared,

“We are very happy to tie up with Khalti to provide Accidental and Hospitalization Insurance through their newly launched product Khalti Suraksha. We are looking forward to benefiting more of their users and the additional health benefits add more value to the package.”
