The training program was specially designed to empower over 60 female medical practitioners with critical capabilities in personal budgeting, systematic savings, investment strategies, and corporate tax management.

The interactive workshop featured technical presentations, real-world case studies, and practical guidance delivered by financial experts and banking executives.
- Opening Remarks: Dr Sujita Hirachan inaugurated the session by highlighting the growing necessity of tax planning, structured budgeting, and financial security for medical practitioners.
- Expert Facilitators: Session topics were conducted by CA Anupama Sangroula alongside Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank executives Jinusha Palikhe Shrestha (Head of Digital Operations) and Surya Kanta Neupane (Credit Officer).
