Kumari Bank Announces Sale Of 15,000 Promoter Shares

Kumari Bank Limited has announced the sale of 15,000 promoter shares held by one of its founding shareholders.

In accordance with regulatory directives from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the bank offers the first right of purchase to its existing promoter shareholders before opening the shares to general investors.
Interested existing promoter shareholders must submit their application to purchase the offered shares within 35 days from the notice publication date.
Application Locations And Pricing Details
Eligible promoter shareholders can submit their purchase applications at either of the following designated office locations:
- Kumari Capital Limited located in Naxal, Kathmandu.
- Kumari Bank Head Office located in Tangal, Kathmandu.
- The selling price per share will be determined directly by the selling shareholder.
If no applications are submitted by existing promoter shareholders within the 35-day deadline, the bank will proceed with selling the shares to other eligible individuals or institutions as permitted by law.
