The bank organized the training as part of its ongoing initiative, “Deshbari Barsai Bhari,” aimed at promoting and fostering entrepreneurship across the country.

The bank’s partnership with USAID has been instrumental in supporting this nationwide campaign. Kumari Bank regularly conducts entrepreneur training programs, believing that only through financial literacy, skill development, motivation, and behavioral growth can true entrepreneurship be nurtured and expanded.

The campaign focuses on delivering financial entrepreneurship training in an easy-to-understand manner, complemented by financial literacy booklets, the KumariJi app, educational videos featuring nationally renowned artists, and other awareness-raising content. These materials are published and broadcast as part of the regular entrepreneur training programs.

Kumari Bank believes that these training initiatives help foster entrepreneurial thinking and development in local communities, contributing to building economically prosperous families, societies, and the nation as a whole.

For over 23 years, Kumari Bank has been providing continuous banking services and promoting financial literacy across Nepal. The bank operates through an extensive network, with 302 branches, 319 ATMs, 50 extension counters, and 57 branchless banking units. Kumari Bank remains committed to offering modern, efficient services and plans to continue its efforts to make banking more accessible, convenient, and customer-friendly in the future.
