Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has officially published a fifteen-day public notice inviting interested parties to submit sealed bids for the purchase of non-banking assets owned by the financial institution.

The properties on offer consist of land plots and buildings acquired by the bank through past asset recovery processes.
Interested individuals, registered commercial firms, and corporate companies can participate by submitting competitive price proposals. The bank specified that all listed properties will be sold strictly on an as-is where-is basis, meaning buyers acquire the assets in their current physical and legal state.
Districts And Local Levels With Available Assets
The non-banking real estate assets available for purchase are distributed across multiple rural and urban locations in western Nepal. The official notice provides plot numbers, sheet details, ward numbers, and exact land surface area for each parcel.
The available real estate assets are located in the following areas:
Kanchanpur District
Land and building properties situated within Shuklaphanta Municipality.
Kailali District
Real estate assets located in Masuriya.
Banke District
Parcels of land situated in Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality and Khajura Rural Municipality.
Nawalparasi West District
Properties located in Manari Rural Municipality within Nawalparasi Bardaghat Susta West.
To assist prospective purchasers, Laxmi Sunrise Bank has integrated property-specific QR codes into its publication, allowing buyers to scan and access digital location maps and asset documentation.
Designated Branch Locations For Bid Submission
Interested participants must complete the required documentation and submit their sealed bids to designated regional offices of Laxmi Sunrise Bank.
Proposals can be submitted at the Dhangadhi Branch in Kailali, the Nepalgunj Branch in Banke, or the Sunwal Branch in Nawalparasi Bardaghat Susta West.
All received sealed bid envelopes will be opened on the sixteenth day following the publication of the notice at eleven in the morning. If the scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday, the procedure will take place on the next working day.
Form Requirements And Inspection Guidelines
Prospective bidders can purchase official bid forms by paying a non-refundable fee of one thousand Nepalese Rupees. These documents outline all operational rules, earnest money deposit guidelines, and terms governing the acquisition.
Bid forms are available at the designated regional branch offices as well as the bank Loan Recovery Department at the Head Office in Hattisar, Kathmandu.
Laxmi Sunrise Bank has advised potential buyers to visit and physically inspect the real estate assets prior to submitting final financial offers. The bank retains full authority to accept or reject any bid proposal and may elect to sell individual parcels separately if satisfactory offers are received.
