The commercial bank initiated the asset liquidation process to clear its non-banking property holdings through a competitive sealed-bid mechanism.

• Auction Notice Issuance: Published a 15-day public notice inviting bids for non-banking assets on Ashwin 28, 2083 (October 14, 2026).
• Property Sale Terms: All non-banking assets, including land plots and buildings, will be sold strictly on an “as is, where is” basis through a confidential sealed-bid process.
• Application Submission Window: Eligible individual, corporate, and institutional bidders must submit completed sealed bid forms within 15 days of notice publication.
• Bid Submission Locations: Bids can be formally submitted at the bank central head office in Hattisar, Kathmandu, or its regional branch offices in Damak and Bhadrapur, Jhapa District.
• Bid Opening Schedule: The formal opening of submitted sealed bids is scheduled for Mangsir 12, 2083 (November 28, 2026), at 11:00 AM at the respective designated submission offices.
• Holiday Provision: If the scheduled bid-opening date coincides with a public holiday, bid-opening proceedings will automatically take place on the next immediate working day during standard business hours.
• Bidder Attendance Request: All interested applicants and representative bidders are requested to remain present during the formal bid-opening procedure.
• Bid Form Fee and Availability: Official bid documents and application forms are available at the Hattisar head office and Damak/Bhadrapur branch offices upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 1,000 per copy.
• Terms Review Directives: Interested applicants are advised to purchase official bid documentation and thoroughly review all underlying terms and conditions before submitting formal price offers.
