Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will hold its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 10 (March 23, 2025). The meeting is scheduled at Hotel View Bhaktapur, Jagati, Bhaktapur, at 10:30 AM.

The board of directors finalized this date in their Falgun 16 (February 28, 2025) meeting. Key financial and operational decisions will be discussed during the AGM.
Key Agendas of the Meeting
The AGM will focus on reviewing and approving the annual financial report for the previous fiscal year. Shareholders will also discuss and finalize the appointment of an auditor for the current fiscal year, including their remuneration.
