OSM Training and Mapathon will introduce participants to the world of OpenStreetMap (OSM), a free and open geographic database meticulously curated by a dedicated community of volunteers through open collaboration. These volunteers collect data through surveys, trace from aerial imagery, and import information from freely licensed geodata sources.
If you’ve ever wondered about becoming a contributor to OpenStreetMap, this is your opportunity to learn and engage.
