Mega Bank Nepal Limited has initiated a QR-payment service by distributing QR-Codes at various commercial stores and shops in Pokhara.
Executive director of Nepal Rastra Bank, Mr. Revati Nepal, purchased goods from Ghampani bazaar in Chipledhunga and Lamachaur as well as from different shops of Hemja by inaugurating the QR-payment service.
Chief Director of Rastra bank Pokhara Mr. Ishwori Prasad Bhattarai, Assistant Director Mr. Dhananjay Parajuli, State chief of Mega Bank Mr. Gyanendra Pant, Head of Market Department of State office Lekhnath Gautam and Deputy State Chief Mr. Rajendra Koirala were present on the occasion.
With this arrangement, Consumers in Pokhara will be able to make payments effortlessly through their mobile banking applications.
