Chief executive officer of Muktinath Bikas Bank, Mr. Pradyuman Pokhrel has been unanimously elected as the chairman of Development Bankers Association Nepal. Other office-bearers of the association have also been consistently elected.
Mr. Suyog Shrestha, CEO of Shangrila Development Bank, Mr. Bodhraj Devkota, CEO of Mahalakshmi Bikas Bank, and Mr. Pravin Basnet, CEO of Kamana Seva Bikas Bank have been elected as vice president, secretary, and treasurer, respectively.
Similarly, Mr. Naresh Singh Bohara of Lumbini Development Bank, Mr. Prakash Poudel of Shine Resunga Development Bank, Mr. Srichandra Bhatt of Jyoti Development Bank, Mr. Navin Subedi of Saptakoshi Development Bank, and Mr. Umesh Kumar Acharya of Green Development Bank have been designated as members of the working committee. The 15th annual general meeting of the association held in Chitwan on Tuesday has selected the office-bearers.
The newly appointed officials of the working committee have taken an oath and assumed office today.
The AGM of the Association Audit Report of 2076-077, Report of the Auditor General, A.W. Proposals including the estimated budget for 2077-078, and appointment of auditor have been passed collectively. Newly elected Chairman Pokhrel said that with the support of everyone he was committed to working for the rights and interests of the development bank.
