- Underwriting Scope: Jyoti Capital Limited will underwrite 100 percent of the proposed public ordinary shares.

Agreement Execution: The underwriting agreement was formally signed in Kathmandu by Bikash Dhakal, Chief Executive Officer of Jyoti Capital Limited, and Kalyan Bikram Neupane, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Moonlight Hydropower Company Limited.
Underwriter Overview: Jyoti Capital Limited operates as a licensed merchant banking subsidiary of Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited with a paid-up capital of NPR 210 million. It provides issue management, portfolio management, corporate advisory, underwriting, and share registrar services under the authorization of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
Regulatory Timeline: The appointment of the underwriter formalizes the IPO process. The definitive subscription dates and public issuance schedule will be determined following final regulatory approvals from SEBON and concerned authorities.
