Muktinath Bikas Bank and Autoways Partner for Bull Machinery Financing

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited and Autoways Private Limited, the authorized distributor of Bull construction equipment in Nepal, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to provide streamlined credit facilities for customers purchasing Bull machinery.

The formal agreement was executed by executive representatives from both organizations.
- Bank Representative: Baburam Dhakal, Head of Gandaki Region at Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited.
- Partner Representative: Narayan Prasad Poudel, Chairman and Managing Director of Autoways Private Limited.
Credit Facility Terms and Loan Financing Structure
The arrangement introduces flexible financing options structured around collateral provisions and loan-to-value ratios.
- Standard Financing Limits: Muktinath Bikas Bank will extend credit facilities up to 50 percent of the dealer invoice value using the purchased Bull machinery itself as primary collateral.
- Enhanced Financing Limits: Customers providing additional acceptable fixed-asset collateral can access financing up to 80 percent of the dealer invoice value, subject to bank evaluation and prevailing credit policies.
- Interest Rates and Loan Terms: Qualified borrowers will receive competitive minimum interest rates under the agreement terms.
- Strategic Objective: The partnership enhances financial access for construction contractors while supporting the bank broader portfolio across housing, auto, agricultural, and SME loans.
