Muktinath Development Bank and the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs Nepal have entered into a strategic partnership to empower women entrepreneurs and boost economic development in the country.

The agreement, signed by Til Bahadur Gurung, Assistant Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Muktinath Bank, and Shobha Gyawali, President of the Federation, outlines a collaborative effort to provide easy access to loans, financial literacy, and business education for women-led enterprises.
Under this partnership, the bank will offer simplified loan processes, attractive interest rates, and financial support to women entrepreneurs affiliated with the federation’s 67 district chapters. The focus will be on assessing business potential and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of these enterprises.
Shobha Gyawali expressed optimism about the partnership, emphasizing its potential to empower women entrepreneurs and enhance their financial literacy. Muktinath Bank’s ‘Muktinath Saral’ loan scheme, designed to support small businesses, is expected to further facilitate growth among women-led enterprises.
