Agreement Signatories: Chief Executive Officer of Nabil Bank Manoj Kumar Gyawali and Chief Executive Officer of Global IME Capital Mandeep Luitel signed the formal agreement.
Mandate: Global IME Capital Limited will manage the flotation and allotment procedure for the debenture issue.
Key Financial Terms and Allotment Structure
Total Issue Size: The bank plans to issue 4 million debenture units at a face value of 1,000 rupees per unit, amounting to a total value of 4 billion rupees.
Interest and Maturity: The debentures carry an annual rate of 5.5 percent with a maturity period of 10 years.
Private Placement: 2.4 million units valued at 2.4 billion rupees will be sold through private placement.
Public Issuance: 1.6 million units valued at 1.6 billion rupees will be offered to the public.
Mutual Fund Reservation: 5 percent of the public issue, equivalent to 65,000 units, is reserved for mutual funds.
