Namaste Pay wallet, jointly promoted by Nepal Telecom and Rashtriya Banijya Bank, has added another useable and unique service to its wallet platform, which is “SPLIT BILLS” for Android and IOS users.

With this launch, customers of Namaste Pay wallet can make bill payments and split the bill among others with just a tap.

This feature lets users instantly notify their friends/ family, or colleagues about the amount they owe instead of the bill paid. The person receiving this request can also pay back the initiator with just a click.

As per the company spokesperson, “This feature is a handy add-on feature in various bill payments made by wallet customers.

When one person pays the bill, it may be through a merchant payment transaction or a QR scan, and then they must keep following up within the group to collect the outstanding amount.

With this feature, users can easily send requests as soon as the bill has been paid and receive money without sharing details of their wallet each time with each person they need to share the account with.

Split Bill can be used for QR-based Merchant Payments, other online merchants’ payments or standalone without any bill generated within the app by simply clicking on the split bill icon available on the home screen of the app.

It is an easy, secure, reliable, and time-saving experience for all Namaste Pay users.
