MAW Vriddhi, the authorized distributor of Dongfeng EVs in Nepal, has launched its premium and smart EV, Nammi, in Birgunj, Madhesh Province.

The unveiling event, held on Tuesday, was attended by Former Prime Minister Mr. Madhav Kumar Nepal, Managing Director of MAW Vriddhi Vivek Sikaria, Vriddhi Group Director OM Sikaria, Former MP of Rajyasabha India Mr. Sabir Ali, Chairman of Narayani Autocorp Mr. Ravi Bajaj and Managing Director of Narayani AutocorpMr. Rajat Bajaj who jointly unveiled the Nammi EV.
Nammi EV, the most luxurious and intelligent car in its segment, is set to establish new benchmarks in the Madhesh Province market. Although categorized as a hatchback, it boasts a larger size compared to competitors. Its dimensions and width surpass those of its rivals, and it features numerous segment-first and segment-best technologies.
During the event, Mr. Govinda Bhusal, Dealer Head, MAW Vriddhi Motors expressed his delight to share that the Nammi EV is gaining widespread recognition and appreciation from customers nationwide. Further, he emphasized that their focus is not only on sales but also on after-sales service. “Customer satisfaction will be our top priority,” he said. Further, he added before buying a car two things should be considered the car brand and the importer who is bringing the car.
Chief guest, former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, highlighted the bright future of electric vehicles in Nepal. Acknowledging the growing interest in eco-friendly vehicles, he stressed the need to promote the adoption of EVs for a sustainable future.
Following the program, the former Prime Minister personally handed over the keys to Nammi EV.
Nammi: Packed with Segment-First Features
Nammi EV has set a new standard of luxury and intelligence in its segment. Its luxurious interiors and advanced smart technology are seamlessly integrated into its sleek design. It features segment-first innovations such as welcome seats, memory seats, frameless doors, flush door handles, auto parking, and a passenger drawer with a tabletop.
This futuristic hatchback, ideal for EV enthusiasts, is available in three variants – Nammi E1, Nammi E2, and Nammi E3 – with four colors- white, blue, green, and purple with the option for dual tone colors of white and blue, white and green, and white and purple
Nammi boasts segment-best features like Level 2 ADAS, ventilated and heated seats, a 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 17-inch tires, a 360-degree camera with 12 ultrasonic radars, adaptive cruise control, and star-light crystal LED headlamps with auto-dimming functionality.
Additional features include proximity lock/unlock, multi-color ambient lighting, a flat-folding front seat with one-touch rest mode, external discharge capability, a personalized touchscreen central console, and a luxurious urban interior space.
Showroom Inauguration and the Biggest Exchange and Test Drive Camp in Birgunj
Following the launch MAW Vriddhi Motors and Narayani Autocorpis are set to inaugurate a new showroom in Birgunj, offering customers an immersive experience with the latest Dongfeng and Seres electric vehicles.
To further attract customers, MAW Vriddhi is organizing the largest exchange and test drive camp in Madhesh Province-Birgunj. From Wednesday, 19 Mangsir, to Friday, 21 Mangsir, customers will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of EVs and take advantage of exclusive offers.
